Additional Information
On enlistment in Rarotonga 6 April 1916 he was living with his family at Black Rock, Rarotonga. Admitted to Featherston Camp Hospital between 27 May 1916 and 2 June 1916 with a septic ankle. Joined 2nd Battalion Wellington Infantry Regiment in France 23 October 1916. Died 2nd New Zealand General Hospital, Walton-on-Thames of pneumonia 5 April 1917 aged 36 years.
