Additional Information
Enlisted 12 March 1918 and posted to the Rarotongan Company 18 September 1918. Was sick in hospital Cairo 25 October 1918 and again on SS Malta when returning to New Zealand. He was off-loaded for medical treatment in quarantine at Fremantle, Australia with serious pneumonia and influenza on 12 January 1919 and returned to New Zealand with Rarotongan Contingent Medic Sergeant Percy Shearman in a party of 13 sick soldiers. Discharged 9 July 1919.
