Additional information
Enlisted 12 March 1918 at Narrow Neck Military Training Camp Auckland New Zealand. Disembarked at Suez 4 August 1918 and posted to the Rarotongan Company 18 September 1918. Admitted to the 33rd Casualty Clearing Stations in Beirut and assessed as dangerously ill. Out of danger, he sailed from Beirut on 14 November 1918 for Alexandria and was admitted to 21st General Hospital, Cairo. Embarked for New Zealand on SS Malta 14 December 1918. Discharged 20th of March 1919.
