Additional Information
Enlisted 1 July 1916 in Rarotonga, disembarked from SS Malwa at Suez 27 December 1916 and posted to New Zealand Training Units and Depots at Moascar. Posted to the Rarotongan Company 7 April 1917. Injured his left knee in an accident 18 April 1918. Diagnosed at 27th General Hospital Abbassia with parasitic disease and medically downgraded. Embarked for New Zealand on SS Wiltshire on 29 August 1918. Discharged 1 March 1919.
Cook Islands Roll of Honour records his name as 'K. MANU'.
