Enlisted in Rarotonga 12 June 1918 and discharged in New Zealand 7 December 1918 due to the signing of the armistice when ended WW1.
In documents we have located, his wife is named as Ake Tui Elia.
Burial location cleared for agricultural purposes in 1974. In December 2022, descendants unveiled a military headstone at the location.
Cook Islands Roll of Honour board at RSA Nikao Rarotonga records his name as 'T. Tena'.
