Enlisted at Narrow Neck Military Training Camp Auckland New Zealand 12 March 1918. Embarked 13 June 1918 for Egypt, and disembarked at Suez 4 August 1918. Posted to Rarotongan Company 18 September 1918. Embarked for New Zealand on SS Malta 14 December 1918 and discharged 20 March 1919.
Was possibly buried where the Rarotonga International Airport is now located.
