Enlisted in Rarotonga 1 July 1916. Disembarked Suez from SS Malwa 27 December 1916. Marched in and posted to Training Units and Depots. Marched out to El Arish 22 January 1917. Posted to the Rarotongan Company 7 April 1917. Embarked on SS Assaye in Haifa 7 November 1918 and disembarked Alexandria 9 November 1918. Embarked for New Zealand per SS Malta 14 December 1918 and discharged 20 March 1919.
Cook Islands Roll of Honour board at RSA Rarotonga records name as 'T KAMANA.
Listed on the Atiu cenotaph as 'TUOE TEARAPO'.
Headstone inscription records the name as 'KAMANA TUOE'.
We photographed the military headstone in front of a house in April 2019. In April 2025, we were taken to the unmarked grave in an old burial ground.
