Attested 12 June 1918 in Rarotonga. Arrived in Wellington 21 June 1918 and enlisted at Narrow Neck Camp 10 July 1918. Discharged 7 December 1918 and embarked on SS Paloona for Rarotonga which arrived in Rarotonga 15 December 1918.
There are errors on the private plaque due to errors on other documents.
