Enlisted at Rarotonga 1 July 1916. Disembarked from SS Malwa at Suez 27 December 1916. Posted to the New Zealand Mounted Rifle Bde Training Regiment and Base Depot before being posted to the Rarotongan Company 31 July 1917. Detached to 10th Heavy Battery Royal Artillery between 5 October 1917 and 9 November 1917. Embarked for New Zealand on SS Malta 14 December 1918 and discharged 20 March 1919.
Grave cleared to build a new house.
